Do I need to find my own plumber or electrician?
No. This is the biggest benefit of choosing Parker Property Services. We are a "turnkey" solution, meaning we handle everything in-house—including plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and carpentry. You don't need to juggle three different tradesmen; we manage the entire project from start to finish.
Can you supply the kitchen/bathroom, or do I need to buy it myself?
We offer both options. We can provide a full Supply & Fit service where we help you design and source high-quality units, or we can simply offer a Fit-Only service if you have already bought your dream kitchen or bathroom. We are happy to work whichever way suits you best.
Do you dispose of the old units and rubbish?
Yes. We treat your home with respect. We handle the full "rip-out" and disposal of your old suite or kitchen. We organize the skips and ensure all waste is removed from your property so you are left with a brand-new, clean space—not a building site.
How long does a typical bathroom or kitchen installation take?
Every project is unique, but a standard bathroom renovation usually takes between 7 to 10 days, and a kitchen around 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity (e.g., moving plumbing or knocking down walls). We will give you a strict timeline with your quote so you know exactly how long we will be in your home.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation quotes. We will visit your property to measure up, discuss your ideas, and provide a transparent price. We don't believe in hidden fees—the price we quote is the price you pay.
